I want to thank the driver in truck 13 for being aware and courteous of motorcycles. I was in a position where a big truck was coming over 3 lanes into the lane I was in and Ricks driver slowed down and gave me room to get out of the trucks way to avoid a serious problem in Grapevine where 114, 635, and 121 all come together. Thank you for seeing me and I wish more drivers on the roads would look twice and see a motorcycle. Not everyone see the car by them, even less see a motorcycle .

Heading South on 1382 to Cedar Hill I witnessed a crazy, wild, bipolar driver that was in a white 4 wheel drive pickup truck. He was literally trying to run people off of the road in order to pass them. I called 911 to report. 2 min later a large piece of wood containing nails bounced out of the back of his truck. I had nowhere to go and no time to think. My tire blew out. It was an explosion. I called 911 again and filed a police report. Due to the 2 lane highway, high speeds, and being stranded on a hill ended up needing a flatbed to change my tire. This took 5 hours in 100 degree temps. I spoke to Dwayne at Rick's tire service. This was 2 days later and after several calls. He lied and said their GPS was down that day so he can't tell me who was driving the truck. He simply did not care! I filed a claim. Please feel free to contact me if you've experienced this. Someone is going to be seriously injured or killed by this man! This is one of many reviews of this type. This company needs to be held accountable!

I’ll join the numerous reviews of people who were almost killed by one of these company trucks. I’ve never seen someone drive so reckless- and this is Texas. Guy was speeding, cutting people off, almost caused MULTIPLE accidents. Obviously this is a huge issue looking at the reviews for the company and they don’t care to address it. They’re going to kill someone and it’s sad that people’s lives are worth less to them than driving like a reasonable human being.

Great great services. I had a blowout on the express way amongst others due to a pot hole. Several cars was effected including mines. (Mac) Nice guy came through and saved the day . He drove up and down the highway to see if ANY help was needed without a charge . I don’t recall his name but he definitely was a great help GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. It’s great to know good guys like you still exist . This happened been two or three weeks ago that this happened. I just couldn’t go without leaving him a review

So yesterday my 19 year old daughter was on her way home with my 3 yr old and 6 month old grandson when she hit a pothole and burst two tires Mac With ricks just so happened to be in the area and stopped and rendered aide to my daughter and grandkids she didn’t have any money but Mac mounted her spare and fixed a tire he already had on his truck so my daughter could get home safely !!!! I don’t know where this guy came from but he was definitely an angel in disguise with me being over a hour away I panicked when she called but rest assured he told me they’ll be getting home safe and they did !!!! Thanks beyond my belief Mac I’ve never heard of or even used ricks but if I ever need tire service in the future they’ll be no he first I call !!! Thanks more than you know Mac
